Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proactive fraud prevention strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.
  • Lead investigations into allegations of fraud, ensuring timely and confidential resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address systemic weaknesses and process deficiencies.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on fraud detection and prevention best practices.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas of high risk and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Internal Audit, Business, or Law.
  • 9+ years of experience in forensics/fraud, with a strong background in investigative techniques and analytical tools.
  • Professional certification such as CFE or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
