Key Responsibilities:

  4. Coordinate organizational development and training initiatives, focusing on employee growth and development

  7. Oversee Health & Safety coordination and incident management, prioritizing employee well-being

  10. All other tasks related to this position.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field;
  • 5-8 years' experience in a senior HR role;
  • Minimum 3-5 years' HR experience in a labor-intensive industry or similar;
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, specifically Excel);
  • Fully bilingual (English);
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.
