- Collaborate with Group Business Services and Cluster finance teams to optimize financial reporting and consolidation workflows.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for the Group.
- Ensure timely and accurate group financial results in compliance with IFRS.
- Oversee accounting transactions and processes at a Group consolidated level.
- Review and analyze consolidated group financial results, identifying key trends, variances, and risks.
- Coordinate with Cluster finance teams to resolve consolidation and reporting issues.
- Develop and maintain financial control frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Oversee the implementation of accounting policies, ensuring consistency across the group.
- Oversee the external audit and financial statement preparation process.
- Monitor adherence to statutory reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
- Monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance financial governance.
