We are looking for a Radio Frequency Planner to join our team at Recruitment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize radio frequency networks for maximum performance and minimal interference.
  • Analyze network data and congestion reports to propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in RF planning and optimization, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MW planning tools (e.g., Asset & Pathloss, etc.) and understanding of propagation models.
  • Familiarity with network architecture and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
