Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the solar industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Excellent understanding of PVSyst, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for modeling, design, analysis, optimization, monitoring, control, and automation of PV and BESS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV/HV, protection logic, and termination, structural design components, and solar equipment manufacturers).
