Key Responsibilities
As a Product Demonstrator, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting our alcoholic beverages, share liquor samples (ready-to-drink products), and provide key product information to consumers
- Owning a territory of stores and promoting our products in-store
- Developing and maintaining relationships with store staff and management
- Providing product information and samples to customers
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products and launches
- Submitting post-shift reports and providing feedback to management
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for promoting our products.
Requirements include:
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
- Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 4 hours)
- Ability to set up and disassemble your sampling booth
- Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet to complete your nightly reporting
- Access to a vehicle is required to transport supplies
- Smart Serve (Ontario specific) or Serving it Right Certification is mandatory
