About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SharePoint Solutions Architect to engage in all phases of the software development life cycle. As a key member of our team, you will focus on solution design, development, and optimization of internal and external web or mobile software solutions. This role involves working with a range of technologies including SharePoint, C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, HTML5, SQL Server (DBMS, SSRS, SSIS), Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Team Foundation Server (TFSVC and/or TFS Git).

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing web and mobile software solutions with a strong emphasis on optimization. Additionally, you will configure and enhance SharePoint environments, including building and deploying WSP packages from Visual Studio. You will also develop and implement SharePoint-specific features such as Visual Web Parts, Event Handlers, Timer Jobs, and branding/design elements. Furthermore, you will work with technologies such as C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, HTML5, SQL Server, Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and TFS. Your primary goal will be to optimize application performance and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on SharePoint and related technologies is essential. You must be proficient in building and deploying SharePoint solutions, including custom Visual Web Parts and other SharePoint-specific components. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams are essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Additionally, a willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Directory Services technologies is necessary.

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is between $100,000 and $140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the level of expertise required for this position.
