About the Role- Develop strategic sales plans targeting major retailers, including supermarket chains and independent pharmacies.
- Present and sell our pharmaceutical products during regular visits to these establishments.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and goals, ensuring continuous supply of products.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with key decision-makers, including store managers and pharmacists.
- Regularly update retailers on product information, changes, and developments, ensuring they remain informed and up-to-date.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Gather current marketplace information on pricing, products, new launches, marketing strategies, and merchandising techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings, as well as manage a comprehensive database of all retailers within the territory.
- Prepare reports and analysis of sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape for management review.
- E nsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for retail staff to enhance their understanding and advocacy of our products.
- Provide accurate product information and resources to retail personnel to aid them in making informed decisions regarding product stocking and customer recommendations.
- A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or any related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in retail sales; experience across various retail settings is an asset but not required, as training will be provided.
