The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Reporting Product Analyst to join our dynamic Reporting Product team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with the Senior Reporting Product Manager and Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of our reporting products. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data to contribute to the success of our reporting solutions. You will be a vital link between our customers, development, and product teams, ensuring our reporting products meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Requirements and Analysis:
    • Gather and document detailed product requirements from stakeholders and clients.
    • Analyse data and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and best practices in reporting.
  • Product Support and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the Senior Reporting Product Manager and Product Manager to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
    • Support the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Provide product support and training to internal teams and clients, working closely with the product trainer.
    • Assist in the creation of product documentation and training materials.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyse product usage data to identify trends and patterns.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Assist in the creation of data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Agile Methodology:
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
    • Contribute to the backlog grooming process.
    • Support the team in delivering product increments within sprint timelines.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and sales.
    • Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Act as a liaison between the product team and other departments.
