Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offload and load bread according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  2. Follow the prescribed pipeline loading/offloading sequence to maintain productivity
  3. Evaluate and optimize tray count and balancing within trucks for maximum efficiency
  4. Attend daily inventory control meetings to stay informed and aligned with company objectives
  5. Ensure that high-quality bread is loaded/offloaded, adhering to company standards
  6. Maintain correct stock rotation practices to prevent expirations and maximize freshness
  7. Provide timely reports to supervisors regarding loading/offloading-related matters
  8. Comply with all company policies and procedures to promote a safe and productive work environment

This is a 6-day position, requiring regular weekend and public holiday shifts on a rotating basis.
