We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at the Common Good Foundation. This position will involve working closely with our programs to collect, organize, and present data in a clear and concise manner.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Collect and organize data from various sources, including internal databases and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data effectively.
  • Present data findings in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and technologies.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a non-profit or social impact organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software, including Power BI, Excel, and SQL.


Preferred Qualifications:




  • Mastery of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or D3.js.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to develop and maintain complex databases, including ETL processes and data warehousing.
