Recruitment Matters is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial strategy and operations of our client in the beverage manufacturing industry. This pivotal role demands a highly skilled finance professional who can drive financial planning, risk management, and support the company's growth objectives through sound financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring a strong financial foundation for future success.
  • Lead long-term financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business goals and drive growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections, informing key business decisions.
  • Financial Operations and Reporting:
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement robust financial controls and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Identify, monitor, and manage financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational risks, to minimize potential threats.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, industry regulations, and internal policies, maintaining a strong reputation and avoiding potential liabilities.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, and driving best practices in financial management.
  • Develop and mentor finance staff, ensuring professional growth and knowledge transfer, and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Investment and Capital Management:
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to optimize the company's financial health and drive growth.
  • Oversee relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders to secure funding and drive capital growth, ensuring a strong financial position.
  • Strategic Business Partner:
  • Act as a strategic partner to other departments, providing financial insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on initiatives to increase profitability, reduce costs, and drive operational efficiency, ensuring a strong financial foundation for the company's success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, and a proven track record of success in financial planning, risk management, and team leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and an MBA or professional designation, are preferred qualifications.
