As a key member of the DBSA team, the Programme Manager: Water Reuse will play a crucial role in managing the development of a pipeline of municipal water reuse projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a standardised programme for the preparation, funding, and implementation of water reuse projects in the municipal sector.
  • Provide support to municipalities and water boards to prepare, fund, and implement water reuse projects according to a standardised approach.
  • Collaborate with the private sector and other key stakeholders to develop innovative and blended finance funding solutions that unlock private sector investment in the water sector.
  • Facilitate partnerships between the public and private sectors to drive the development of water reuse projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water management, project management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be able to develop and implement effective programmes, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive the development of water reuse projects.
