**Job Summary:**
We are seeking highly skilled clinical educators to join our team as part-time lecturers and mentors in nursing sciences. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for facilitating the development of learners on academic and clinical competence, professional development, and the integration of knowledge, skills, and attributes in simulated and real areas of nursing practice.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate the clinical component of undergraduate and postgraduate programs between CPUT and clinical health facilities.
- Oversee learner wellness and implement progressive discipline through an effective record-keeping system.
- Conduct theoretical and clinical teaching and assessments for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support program, personal, and professional development.
**Requirements:**
- A three-year qualification in general nursing and midwifery or a four-year qualification in Nursing.
- At least three (3) years training experience in an academic nursing environment or clinical experience in nursing.
- Registration with SANC as a general nurse and midwife.
- A valid Driver's license.
