Collinson Group, a global leader in driving loyalty and engagement for leading companies, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Multi Cloud Administrator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Experience Cloud.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on CRM, Loyalty Management, and Service Cloud platforms. This role involves overseeing the administration of our Salesforce platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and gathering requirements to enhance our business processes and drive overall company success.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Understanding project requirements, coordinating with implementation teams, and ensuring solution alignment with business objectives. Configuring Salesforce according to project specifications, managing timelines, and collaborating with implementation teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Requirements Analysis: Translating business requirements into effective Salesforce configurations. Conducting thorough requirements analysis, identifying gaps, recommending best practices, and proposing solutions that align with long-term client objectives.
  • Configuration and Customization: Utilizing expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Loyalty Management CRM, and Experience Cloud to configure and customize solutions meeting specific business needs. Setting up custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts within Salesforce.
  • User Administration: Ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud for maximizing platform value. Leveraging understanding of integration best practices to design, configure, and test integrations facilitating data exchange and workflows between systems.
  • Flows and Automation: Developing and implementing Salesforce Flows and automation processes to streamline business workflows and enhance user experience. Designing and building automated processes using tools like Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Data Management: Managing data models, including data migration, cleansing, and maintenance, to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Contributing to design and implementation of data models, mapping data sources, performing data migrations, and supporting data quality measures.
  • Security Settings: Configuring and maintaining security settings within Salesforce to safeguard data and ensure compliance with security policies. Working closely with project teams and clients to define roles, profiles, and permissions controlling access to sensitive information.
  • Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to drive adoption and proficiency in using Salesforce solutions. Developing training materials, conducting user training sessions, and providing ongoing support addressing user questions and issues.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
