We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Rigger to join our team at Matrec Engineering PTY LTD.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe access and movement of personnel and equipment at various heights on our construction sites.

In this role, you will work independently and use your discretion to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

You will be expected to have excellent safety awareness and follow all applicable safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accessing different heights at any time to facilitate the safe movement of personnel and equipment;
  • Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and identifying potential hazards;
  • Working independently and using your discretion to make decisions;
  • Following all applicable safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in rigging and heights access;
  • Excellent safety awareness and knowledge of safety protocols;
  • The ability to work independently and make sound judgments;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
