Job Summary

The IIE's Vega School is seeking a Part-Time Academic Navigator (Lecturer) to teach the module Game Art 1A. This role involves delivering lectures, guiding students, and supporting their learning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in design or visual arts and experience in animation and character development.

Responsibilities
  • Lecture on Game Art 1A, preparing for classes and delivering content as per contract.
  • Mark student assessments and provide constructive feedback to aid student progress.
  • Support student success through workshops and academic guidance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Design or Visual Arts with a focus on drawing, especially the human figure.
  • Alternative qualifications include a suitable BA Honours level degree with drawing skills up to a third-year level.
  • Experience in Animation and character development is mandatory.
  • Lecturing experience in the relevant field is beneficial.
  • A portfolio demonstrating artwork and skills is required.
