Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Empire Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Pretoria. As a specialist in network products, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales in the SA market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective telesales strategies to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, including sales scripts, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in lead generation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of networks and security products, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in foreign languages, particularly French, Arabic, Portuguese, and Spanish, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in SQL or MS Access to run basic queries.
