Holistic Wellness Practitioner

The Legends Agency is a renowned luxury brand seeking a highly skilled Holistic Wellness Practitioner to join our team at a prestigious Nature Reserve in Knysna, South Africa.

**Salary:** R 8,000 - R 10,000 per month, plus commissions and retail sales incentives

We are looking for an exceptional Spa Therapist to provide world-class spa treatments and services, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our discerning guests. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for delivering customized treatments, maintaining a serene atmosphere, and exceeding client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
• Create a peaceful and calming environment, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and client interactions
• Prioritize guest satisfaction, responding promptly to concerns and feedback

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
• Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Certification in massage therapy or related spa treatment expertise
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
