Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and manage tours in Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe with expertise.
  2. Develop and implement tour products that create unforgettable journeys.
  3. Craft unique itineraries tailored to individual clients' preferences.
  4. Negotiate with top-tier suppliers and agents across Southern Africa.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the inbound tourism industry.
  • Proven expertise in Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, including itinerary design.
  • Practical experience with Tourplan IS or NX (or similar) for bookings and itinerary management.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and customer care skills.
  • Must live in Cape Town.
