Job Overview
As a key member of the Empact Group team, the Hotel Operations Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels. This includes supporting various departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing clean linen and dining ware for guests
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dish washing machines and hand wash stations
• Transport dishware across the hotel
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments

Requirements
• No higher education or diploma required
• No related work experience necessary
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
