Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations of the laboratory, focusing on spore production and cultivation of mycelium. They will conduct research on exotic mushrooms and functional fungi, contributing to the Farms' mission to promote health and wellness through natural products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the laboratory, focusing on spore production and cultivation of mycelium.
• Conduct research on exotic mushrooms and functional fungi, contributing to the Farms' mission to promote health and wellness through natural products.
• Closely collaborate with the agricultural team to inoculate trees with truffle spores, monitor tree growth, and ensure successful truffle production over time.
• Develop and refine cultivation methods for truffles, ensuring optimal conditions for both tree growth and truffle development.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments, procedures, and results, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and ensure the health of the fungi and mycelium cultures, identifying any potential issues and troubleshooting as necessary.

Salary and Benefits:
