Associate Solicitor

Job Summary:

C40 Cities is seeking a skilled Mid to Senior Associate with expertise in intellectual property litigation to join our team. As a key member of our law firm, you will represent clients in complex intellectual property disputes and develop effective litigation strategies to protect their rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to safeguard clients' intellectual property rights.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other essential legal documents.
• Advise clients on critical intellectual property-related issues and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in intellectual property law and related fields.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and admission as an attorney.
• At least 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and its applications.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• A proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
