Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Team Members to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Direct and oversee training programs to ensure Team Members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze sales, profit, and labor data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective communication of promotions and sales initiatives to Team Members and customers.
- Develop and implement plans to improve business performance, including reducing shrink and improving labor controls.
- 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 18 years of age.
