About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise
  • Manage stockroom operations, including organizing stock, rotating inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Coordinate merchandise flow throughout the store, ensuring timely receipt and processing of shipments
  • Assist with counting and reconciling stock levels, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve inventory management goals and meet performance expectations

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 6 months' retail experience, preferably in a stockroom or inventory management role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to lift heavy boxes and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
