Job Title: Commercial Manager

About Us:

Profile Personnel is a reputable company seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Commercial Strategies: Create and execute commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on revenue growth, market share expansion, and sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Business Planning and Analysis: Develop detailed business plans for commercial opportunities, including market research analysis, expansion, and business development.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and provide regular performance reports to upper management.
  • Financial Management: Set financial targets, develop and monitor budgets, and oversee financial and budgeting processes.
  • Market Analysis and Trends: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic advice to upper management.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Client Relationships and Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and oversee the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • FMCG industry experience, with a strong understanding of supply chain, imports, and exports.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent financial and business acumen, with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, leadership, and organizational skills.
