Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor and mentor within the organization
- Develop and implement the database architecture strategy aligned with the company's digital transformation goals
- Oversee database security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
- Drive the modernization of existing database systems, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and automation

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field
- 5 - 10 years of extensive database administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Experience with cloud database platforms, data lake and data warehousing solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies, microservices architecture, and big data platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
