Job Title: SQL Developer

At People Solved, we're seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you'll play a crucial role in integrating new sources of data into our company databases, enabling us to analyze and include this data in relevant processes and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate new sources of data into company databases, ensuring seamless analysis and inclusion in relevant processes and reports.
  • Work with all levels of development, from analysis through implementation and support, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and test issues aligned to specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business intelligence and data optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence role, with a strong focus on relational databases and data analysis.
  • Expertise in T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions, with experience in optimizing queries and data modeling.
  • Strong data visualization and reporting skills, with experience in building data pipelines and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to provide accurate technical estimates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience with DevOps principles and tools, such as CI/CD, automation, Git, and Infrastructure.
  • Programming experience in Python, Java, or C#, with exposure to event streaming technologies like Kafka.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
  • Experience with Avro, Protobuf, and serialization/de-serialization techniques.
  • Knowledge of SOA/Micro-services and design patterns.
