Sales Consultant Job Summary

Status Staffing is recruiting a Sales Consultant to join their team in Parow. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, processing sales orders, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Duties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Liaise with customers to discuss new orders, outstanding orders, and stock availability.
  • Provide detailed product information and support to clients.
  • Process quotations, invoices, and orders for account and cash customers.
  • Verify that account customers have sufficient credit and cash customers have made full payment before placing orders.

Required Skills
  • A Grade 12 / Matric certificate is required.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
  • Prior experience in inbound sales and textiles is highly desirable.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable references are required.
