This Role

The Marketing Promotions Strategist transforms sales inputs into a customized trade marketing strategy to increase traffic, visibility, and purchases at the Point of Sale. The role ensures promotions are well-defined, coordinates promoter movements, creates and deploys marketing materials, and executes campaigns with discipline and tracking to hit established goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable promotional models for commercial partners to meet sales targets.
  • Achieve continuity and support marketing and promotions strategies generated by managers in different accounts.
  • Negotiate participation in promotions with commercial companies, focusing on effective profitability, fraud reduction, and portfolio management.
  • Plan and manage promoter deployments to various locations or events, ensuring coverage at key promotional sites based on sales performance and business needs.
  • Analyze promoter sales performance to assess promotional effectiveness, gathering data on customer interactions, conversion rates, and sales generated by promoters.
  • Collaborate with Risk to define seasonal promotions and drive new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support main sales operation activities for carriers and retailers.
  • Implement and measure results of initiatives to improve sales volume and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on cross-functional projects and Customer/Marketing Lifecycle management.
  • Ability to understand, present, and explain initiatives and their results, as well as Sales funnel concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
