Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a sales and/or customer service role, preferably in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of FAIS Fit and Proper requirements and adherence to all compliance regulations.
  • A finance or business-related tertiary qualification is desirable, as is a driver's license and own transport.
