Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at PRR Recruitment. As a Personal Lines Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of personal insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and policy details.
  • Process and coordinate insurance claims, including communication with clients and insurance providers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless policy implementation and renewal processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualification and experience dependent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • RE5 certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
