About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Support Specialist to join our team at Matriq Pty. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support services, including logistics coordination, administrative tasks, and facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and regular testing of generator systems, conduct routine vehicle safety checks, and ensure vehicles are regularly maintained and serviced according to established schedules and plans.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and schedule deliveries and collections with clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines, and safely load, transport, and deliver or collect items to/from clients.
