  • Assist the Store Manager in developing staff in compliance with adidas Retail growth objectives.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the store and ensure compliance with adidas Retail policy and procedure.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Store Manager by implementing and maintaining a staff structure that minimizes payroll expense and increases productivity.
  2. Assist the Store Manager in evaluating employees' performance on a day-to-day basis.
  3. Perform or assist in the completion of all documentation associated with applicants, new hires, and payroll.
  4. Maintain personnel files to Company standards.
  5. Ensure adherence to all Company systems and procedures.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of adidas Retail operating information.
  7. Assure compliance with legal statutes and safety guidelines in overall management of store and associates.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma and 2 years retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
