We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the seamless execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Present clear, concise reports to clients and assist with internal reporting needs.
  • Manage the client database, identifying and addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities, including new installations, repairs, de-installations, and re-installations.
  • Coordinate with client branches to provide essential marketing materials and training.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to relevant personnel on the usage of the fleet portal, app, and other related tools.
  • Perform regular health checks to pinpoint units needing repair, taking swift action to rectify the issue.
  • Supervise FSD staff on client premises to guarantee they maintain high standards of presentation, punctuality, productivity, and quality workmanship.
  • Establish robust controls over stock and SIM cards associated with the account.
  • Develop efficient processes for planning new installations, updating information on systems, and reflecting accurate vehicle details in installed units.
  • Establish procedures for removing deinstalled/deactivated units from all systems and suspend them from billing procedures.
  • Assist in collecting outstanding invoices in a timely manner.
  • Process additional billing requirements as per the SLA agreement.
  • Support stock forecasting and budgeting initiatives.
  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B and SME sectors through ongoing prospecting efforts.
