About the Role:

The Product Data Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data across our systems, including CRM, ACCPAC, and FRS. This involves working closely with the Buying Team to input range selections correctly, checking data flow between TRS systems, and administering Supplier Data Collection Forms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Buyers in planning product ranges by accurately inputting range selections on Company systems.
  • Verify correct data flow between TRS systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Review and challenge incomplete Supplier Data Collection Forms, ensuring they are accurate and complete before system input.
  • Maintain accountability for data accuracy in Master Range Documents and ensure it aligns with received data from Buyers.
  • Administer Supplier Data Collection Forms, receive and file completed forms, and maintain their confidentiality.
  • Understand the impact of Master Data on the business and its various departments.
  • Proofread documents like C209 forms and brochures to guarantee data consistency across the organization.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Master Range Documents and take responsibility for setting up and maintaining price sets in TRS systems.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of data in price sets and ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Set up and configure product details and information required for TRS Systems EPOS.
  • Develop and maintain Merch Data Admin process documents, ensuring they are comprehensive and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain daily task lists and prioritize activities to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to process improvement and change aligned with TRS Vision, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
  • Provide general analysis and administrative support as needed, assisting with tasks in other areas when required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook. Excellent business communication skills, both locally and internationally, are essential, along with a sound understanding of business processes in a retail environment.
