This position is responsible for managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Print, match, batch, and process a high volume of invoices (130-175 invoices per week).
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of payments and receivables.
  • Perform journal entries, month-end closing activities, and bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combinations of Training and Experience, minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and experience working with accrual basis accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
