The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with experience in creating accurate drawings and managing construction projects. They will also be proficient in REVIT LT and have excellent communication skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the growth and success of Trade On SA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage architectural designs for new and existing retail premises
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality designs
  • Manage and submit construction drawings and plans for approval nationally
  • Maintain knowledge of local authority regulations and policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects of design and construction
  • Provide input on site-specific requirements, such as restrictions and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar tertiary qualification in Architecture and SACAP registration
  • 7-10 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist in a retail/QSR environment
  • Proficient in REVIT LT and familiar with other design software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated expertise in project administration and management
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for projects
