About the Role:

This Part-Time Culinary Professional position requires someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the head chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Preparation of food, with 99% of menu items prepared in-house
  • Run shifts and organise the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
  • Manage the team in the absence of the head chef

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12, with additional income from cash tips and a free meal on shift.
