About The Role

This is a mid-senior level management position within the hospitality industry, focusing on restaurant operations and management. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Head Chef with all food production in various outlets, including conferences, banqueting, room service, and other food outlets. This includes developing and costing menus, orders, and recipe development, while maintaining the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

The position involves supervision, food production, and administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef with food production
  • Developing new menu ideas and recipes
  • Maintaining high-quality standards
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive work environment
