Job Description: The Drafting Specialist will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings of small to medium scale alluvial and artisanal gold mining equipment, components, and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate drawings of mining equipment, components, and assemblies based on design specifications, engineering sketches, and input from other team members.
  • Work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet the required specifications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in mechanical draughting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.

Estimated Salary: R 250,000 per annum.
