  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance and risk management frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess compliance and risk exposures across various business areas, identifying potential gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance and risk management matters.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relevant regulatory frameworks, such as FICA, FAIS, and PoPI Act.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Salary Range:** R567 788 - R900 000 per annum.

**Benefits:** Group Life, Pension Fund, Medical Health Insurance Scheme, and 21 leave days per annum.
