We are seeking an Internal Controls Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating risk management programmes that effectively identify and measure risk across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing risk identification and measurement methods such as risk self-assessessions, loss event databases, and process flow analysis.
  2. Making accurate risk mitigating recommendations to implement internal controls, transfer or avoid risk-related business.
  3. Collecting and analysing risk information to ensure the organisation is adequately protected against loss.
  4. Drafting reports with recommendations on proactive management decisions to prevent risk events.
Requirements

This role requires a degree or diploma with 8-10 years of related experience. Key qualifications and skills include:
