  • Demonstrated experience of leading Lean and Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Experience in problem finding and solving.
  • Knowledge and implementation of Corrective Action.
  • Ability to work shifts and overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and deal with pressure.
