Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking a Strategic Growth Director to lead our commercial growth strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving commercial growth through the development and execution of commercial plans.

Key responsibilities include evaluating contracting commercials on new engagements and contract renewals on existing engagements, product performance and insights marketing ROIs, engagement tracking, IBRO implementation including reporting and monitoring & recommendation of key actionable insights.

  • Performance monitoring and optimisation including accountability to facilitate commercial actions across the portfolio via focused deep dives across the company.
  • Accountability on preparing and delivering high-quality reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.

This role requires experience leading cross-functional teams and developing commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data sets.
