As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, improving office efficiency, and assisting in project management activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Serving as the main point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in office filing systems and databases
  • Coordinating maintenance for office equipment and managing office supplies inventory

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment
