Office Operations Coordinator

Pangea Professional Services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, improving office efficiency, and assisting in project management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Serving as the main point of contact for internal and external communications
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in office filing systems and databases
- Coordinating maintenance for office equipment and managing office supplies inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment
