We seek an exceptional administrative professional to join our Human Resources team, focusing on recruitment and skills development.
Key Accountabilities- Maintaining employee records and database accuracy.
- Preparing crucial employee documents.
- Addressing employee inquiries promptly.
- Reviewing and updating HR policies regularly.
- Supporting report compilation and EXCO/Board pack preparation.
- Ensuring data consistency across multiple systems.
- Providing personalized assistance to the Global HR Director.
- Contributing to role evaluation and applicant documentation management.
- Collaborating with the in-house recruitment team.
- Offering LMS administration support.
Educational Background
- National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and skills development.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
