Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team as an equipment specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and product information to our clients in the military, aerospace, and industrial industries.


Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a pension, travel allowance, cell phone allowance, and petrol card.


Key Responsibilities

As a Radio Frequency Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing field application support for RF products and systems.
  • Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address technical inquiries and issues.
  • Transitioning into the role of RF Product Owner.
  • Assisting the sales team with technical support and product information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in Radio Frequency (RF) principles and technologies.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • BSc/BEng in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.

Location

This position is based in Cape Town and requires residence in the area. You must also speak Afrikaans and have a valid driver's license.
