Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Screening Media Supervisor with strong problem-solving skills to join our team, overseeing the manufacturing of screening media and related components within Screening Media Operations. The role will report into the Screening Media Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage daily and ongoing screening media manufacturing activities.
- Actively involved with production schedules, machine loading, and output to complete and meet production deadlines.
- Ensure that all materials are available for jobs currently on the floor and plan material for new jobs.
- Perform quality checks on screening media products and other related parts.
- Provide clear instructions to team members towards deadline dates and allowable hours necessary to meet completion deadlines.
- Participate in making management decisions affecting work output.
- Ensure best maintenance practices are followed on screening media equipment and machinery.
- Coach and guide operators on job procedures.
- Assist the production manager on all day-to-day activities, resolving staff problems, and keeping employees motivated and working efficiently.
