Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MSME Portfolio Expansion Strategist to join our team at Network International. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategies to expand our MSME portfolio, working closely with local teams to enhance financial inclusion and support the business needs of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises across the region.

About You
  • You have 7-10 years of experience in MSME banking or related fields.
  • You have demonstrated success in achieving targets and delivering sustainable growth in the MSME sector.
  • You possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the bank's MSME portfolio.
  • Work closely with local teams to enhance financial inclusion and support the business needs of MSMEs.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
